The Law
In order to look out for your safety if you come to YAY! we ill need an emergency contact name and number (of a parent or appropriate adult) but we'll only ever call this person is there is an emergency (eg if you are taken ill at the group or something like that.
The group operates a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol during the sessions - please do not turn up if you have taken either. This is a basic health ans safety issue about keeping everyone safe.
There are many laws that govern the way we live, from the age of consent to civil partnerships. It is illegal for someone over the age of 16 to have sex with someone under 16 and it's also a crime if someone physically or verbally abuses you because you are LGBT (or because they think you are) Ask our workers if you are not sure about something!
