Gay
This is a term that mostly is applied about boys and men to describe a man that is attracted to other men physically, emotionally or both. Some men do not like to use this about themselves as there are some negative connotations to the word. Sometimes men would describe or think of themselves as MESMEN (Men that have sex with men) because of the negative associations surrounding the word ‘gay’. Sometimes you might have heard ‘homosexual’ as a more technical or medical term.
